1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudAudit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
2. Description of Service
CloudAudit provides automated auditing tools for AWS environments. Our service analyzes your AWS configuration metadata to generate recommendations for cost optimization and security improvements. While our AI models strive for high accuracy based on AWS Well-Architected Frameworks, all recommendations should be reviewed by your engineering team before implementation.
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. User Obligations and AWS Access
You must have the legal authority to grant us ReadOnlyAccess to the AWS accounts you connect to our service. You agree not to use our service to scan environments that you do not own or have explicit authorization to audit.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CloudAudit and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
CloudAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from changes made based on our audit reports. We provide recommendations, but execution remains your sole responsibility.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
